WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty Service
Glee Hobby provides a (30) day warranty from the date the product is delivered to the customer. If the product fails to function as claimed during the warranty period, you may obtain warranty service by contacting support@gleehobby.com. You will need to provide a valid proof of purchase, receipt or order number (For Glee Hobby direct sales) to obtain warranty service.
For products that are confirmed to be truly defective due to product design or quality control issues, we will ship a replacement for the defective part directly at no charge.
For products that are confirmed to be damaged or defective after flight use, we will provide a discount code to obtain a new replacement.
In almost all cases, we will work with you to debug your issue first.
Each claim should clearly show the defect of the product through photos or videos, provide all proof of the defect, and provide a detailed description of your problem, including a description of the repair measures you have taken. We are happy to assist you with any technical issues you may have.
Note:
- If you purchase a Glee Hobby product for self-assembly, only the Glee Hobby product is covered by these policies. The refund amount is limited to the purchase price of the item.
- If you purchase the product from another dealer, the dealer will ship the replacement part free of charge.
- If Glee Hobby determines that the relevant issue is not covered by this warranty policy (please see the warranty policy exclusion clause below), Glee Hobby will provide a discount to order a new replacement.
- For self-assembly using Glee Hobby products, we are not responsible for other spare parts and do not assume any form of compensation for the product.
Warranty Claims Do Not Cover The Following Situations:
- No Glee Hobby purchase record.
- Any damage caused by improper installation, improper use or failure to follow official instructions or manuals.
- Damage caused by unauthorized circuit modification and mismatch or misuse of batteries and chargers.
- Damage caused by operation in severe weather (such as strong winds, rain, snow, sandstorms, etc.).
- Damage caused by operating the product in an environment with electromagnetic interference (such as in mining areas or near radio towers, high-voltage lines, substations, etc.).
- Damage caused by operating the product in an environment with interference from other wireless devices (such as transmitters, video downlinks, Wi-Fi signals, etc.).
- Damage caused by operating the device with insufficient power or any form of defective batteries.
- Component aging or any crash damage, collision damage includes but is not limited to pilot error.
- Damage to electronic components/PCB caused by moisture or internal humidity/water.
- Damage caused by welding operation problems, including but not limited to short circuits, cold solder joints, damage to electronic components, etc.
- Glee Hobby reserves the right to refuse refunds and warranty for any damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, or tampering of the product.
- Damage caused by improper installation, improper use, or failure to follow official instructions or manuals.
Glee Hobby is not responsible for issues involving third-party products and warranties. For issues involving other products, customers must obtain warranty support directly from third-party companies.
The warranty does not apply to any product that has been misused, improperly tested, improperly assembled, operated, or operated in violation of current instructions for the installation or maintenance or use of any equipment purchased from this store.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to use these items safely and legally and to take appropriate measures to prevent any damage to person or property resulting from the use of the equipment. Glee Hobby is not responsible for any form of compensation for damage to person or property.
Warranty Process
- The customer submits an application for after-sales service. We will submit the application materials to the quality engineer. The quality engineer will judge whether the product failure is within the warranty scope based on the relevant videos, pictures and descriptions provided by the customer and the “Warranty Policy”
- Within the warranty scope. Glee Hobby provides free repairs. Customers return the goods and provide tracking numbers, and send the goods to the after-sales address provided by Glee Hobby. After signing, we will arrange repairs or replacements.
- Not within the warranty scope. Glee Hobby engineers will assess the value based on the actual repair situation.
1) If the customer refuses to pay for the repair, the after-sales service application will be cancelled and this after-sales service will be terminated
2) The customer decides to repair the goods at his own expense and send the goods to the after-sales address provided by Glee Hobby. After signing and the repair is completed, Glee Hobby will send the goods to the customer and this after-sales service will be terminated.
