SHIPPING POLICY
Please Note:
Due to changes in PayPal’s refund policy, refunds through PayPal will no longer include transaction fees.
If the problem is caused by Glee Hobby, the full amount will be refunded.
If the problem is caused by the customer, refunds will not include transaction fees.
Free Shipping
For standard shipping, the shipping fee depends on the value of your orders. If your order is less than $150, the standard shipping fee is $5.
* Specific items within the store are excluded from free shipping due to their large size and/or weight. Items that are excluded from free shipping are clearly marked as such at the bottom of each product page description. If an order contains one of these items, the entire order will not be eligible for free shipping.
All batteries will be charged for shipping fees.
* Most of the time they will be shipped separately if your order contains other products ,because of the regulation of shipping company for batteries.
Remote countries or regions do not participate in free shipping. Countries like Albania, Algeria, Afghanistan, Argentina, United Arab Emirates, Aruba, Oman, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Ethiopia, Estonia, Andorra, Angola, Anguilla, Antigua, Barbados, Papua New Guinea, Bahamas,Pakistan. Paraguay, Bahrain, Panama, etc.
* Some remote countries will charge freight according to the quotation of logistics companies. Please notice the E-mail which from Glee Hobby.
Shipping Rules
- Shipments to PO Boxes are reviewed on a case by case basis and may be declined.
- Taxes for importing goods/services may be charged and regulated by the local country. Customers should be responsible for paying customs taxes.
- We can only modify a wrong address if customers contact us before the package is marked as shipped.
- We cannot change shipping addresses after the order has been shipped. If additional fees are required to re-ship packages due to address errors, the customer will be responsible for this fee.
- Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to an additional shipping charge.
- If the customs clearance could not be completed due to the customer’s reasons and the package needs to be reshipped after the package is returned, additional shipping costs will be required.
- All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- Glee Hobby has no responsibilities and liabilities for delay in shipping time as this is beyond our control.
- If you receive the wrong or damaged product, please contact me within 15 working days, Otherwise we will not be responsible.
- If you do not receive the package within the estimated time or the tracking link shows any abnormalities, please contact customer support within one week. We accept no responsibilities and liabilities for customers who haven’t received the package for 45 days after the package was sent, but haven’t contacted customer support.
Shipping Time
All orders will be processed within 3 workdays after payment settlement. The parcels won’t be ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a large quantities of orders or some products are out of stock, shipment may be delayed for several days. Please give us extra shipping time. In case of special situation, we will inform you by E-mail.

Three shipping methods are provided for you.
-Standard Shipping
-Express Shipping (including DHL / FedEx / UPS.Recommended use above $150.)
-Battery Special Line Express

Standard Shipping: 15-40 working days
Express Shiping: 3-10 working days
Please note that these are only estimated delivery times. Delivery may be delayed due to many policy factors, so Glee Hobby does not guarantee the delivery date, please understand.
About Battery Shipping
* We can’t ship the battery to some countries. If we do not have a type of shipping after you place an order, we will notify you to cancel the order.
* If you only order batteries without a drone, due to strict transportation restrictions, it can’t be shipped by express shipping (including DHL / FedEx / UPS). We will ship it by Battery Special Line Express, it will take longer time for the package to arrive in your country.
* If you order a BNF drone with battery, the battery will ship separately.
Tracking Your Order
- Log in to your Glee Hobby account and check “My Orders”
- Contact us Via online chat or send an email to sales@gleehobby.com.
- Check the shipping status through the tracking information and URL we send. For orders with no updated shipping status, please contact us to check the order status.
About Tracking number:The tracking number will be updated to your order page or we will send tracking information by email .
