Refund Policy
Cancelled By Buyer
Order cancellations before shipment are acceptable. Refunds will be returned to the original payment account.
Please note that if the goods have been shipped, we will try our best to intercept, it is not 100% successful, and you will be required to bear all costs if the interception fails.
Cancelled By Glee Hobby
We may cancel your order for the following reasons:
Ⅰ. Product(s) is currently unavailable and no replacement is available.
Ⅱ. No Shipping Methods. If we are not able to ship to your location, Your order will be cancelled.
Ⅲ. If we detect that you have placed an order in bad faith, we will cancel your order.
Refunds For Delivered Products
For returns, please refer to the Return Policy for more information. If your return request is approved, please return the product and send the tracking number to Glee Hobby.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after your order arrives at our company. Items that require extensive testing may take up to 5-10 business days.
Return Policy
New And Unused Product
Glee Hobby offers a (14) days return policy on all and new unopened equipment, starting from the date the product(s) was delivered to the customer. Anything beyond (14) days of delivery will not be eligible for return. If the product(s) received has been opened, used or damaged, no return options will be offered. If the item is in brand new condition, but requires to be repackaged, a (%15) restocking fee will be applied. You are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other costs incurred when sending unwanted product(s) for a return to China. (It is recommended to choose a method with tracking).
Return The Wrong Product
If we send the wrong product(s) to you, please send an email to support@gleehobby.com within 14 days, we will help you to solve it out. Please make sure the wrong product should be unused.
Return Process
Ⅰ. Request a Return/Exchange, please send an email to support@gleehobby.com to request approval for the return,we will provide you with a return address.
Ⅱ. If the return is for the buyer’s own reasons, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, etc.
Ⅲ. If the return is caused by the seller, such as defective products, wrong products, etc., the seller will pay the shipping cost to the buyer.
Ⅳ. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once your order arrives at our company. Items requiring extensive testing could take up to 5-10 business days.
Ⅴ. After all the work is completed, we will contact you to inform you of the return/ exchange situation and handle the return/ exchange for you.
*All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of Glee Hobby.
Reimbursement for the return shipping cost only applies to actual shipping cost or postage, this does not include shipping or packing materials. We may provide return shipping costs in the form of coupons, etc.
